I'm hearng that Wyoming is fast becoming a popular state in which to incorporate as well, with comparable benefits and low startup costs. I live in Texas, what would be the advantage and disadvantage of setting up a LLC in Wyoming,Delaware or Nevada, compared to my home state. Will it cost me more to register a LLC out side of Texas.
